Children’s studio on Saturdays
Learn about art and create some!
In the children’s art workshop, we explore the world of art: we look at pictures big and small, mysterious films or quirky objects, and discover the stories they tell us. Do you have a favourite piece of art? Afterwards, we head to the art studio, where you can paint, make crafts or build things to your heart’s content. Because our motto is: first look and talk, then have a go yourself!
From 28 September, art appreciation sessions and practical art workshops will take place exclusively in the studio spaces, as our main building is closed.
Venue: Museumsatelier (Museum Studio), Unteres Schloss 1, 57072 Siegen
For children between 6 and 10 years
Every last Saturday of the month from 11 am–1 pm,
except during schoolholidays

The event is part of the MKGSiegen ON TOUR project. Through the summer of 2027, we will be visiting various locations in the city, the region, and the digital space. With the exception of the studio, the museum building is currently closed due to the expansion project.
