Kunstpause ON TOUR at the Siegen-Wittgenstein District Office
A closer look on Rupprecht Geiger
MGKSiegen celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2026, and we’re marking the occasion with a series of 25-minute short talks. Once a month, on Thursdays at 12 noon, we invite you to the Siegen-Wittgenstein District Office, where we’ll be hosting a concise short talk on each of the City of Siegen’s Rubens Prize winners.
Each 25-minute session will focus on one Rubens Prize winner: Who were these artists? What sets their work apart? And why are they still relevant today?
So please do join us during your lunch break for some fascinating insights into art with Ingeborg Kellnhofer.
Venue: Siegen-Wittgenstein District Office, Koblenzer Str. 73, 57072 Siegen

The event is part of the MKGSiegen ON TOUR project – because we’re currently on the move. From 28 September, the museum is relocating its activities to other venues in the city, in surrounding regions and online. This is because, apart from the studio, the museum building is currently closed due to the new extension.
