Summeryoga with art viewing

We start in a deep squat and place our hands shoulder-width apart on the floor. The fingers are spread apart and point forward. The knees are wide open and rest on the upper arms. This is how yoga teacher Laura Rudolph explains the challenging “Crow” pose to the participants.

“Summer yoga” is the name of the yoga class at MGKSiegen, which takes place in the midst of art and regularly attracts numerous participants. If you have a passion for modern art and enjoy combining sport and spirituality, this is the right place for you. At the beginning of each class, participants look at a selected work of art together under the guidance of museum employee Nicole Kreckel, after which it is related to yoga. This is followed by a yoga practice with Laura Rudolph.
